I'm going with Florida State in this situation here today against Ohio State. Now I was on FSU as a free pick a while back against Florida and it's their only loss of the year. I still believe they are being under valued here in this spot. Sure they are on the road, but FSU has been tested offensively by Marquette, Alabama, and Florida while Ohio State has an excellent offense ranked 8th overall in the nation in ppg they have not faced a defense close to what Florida State brings.

Florida State the best defense in the ACC a year ago can win on the road they are 4th in ppg and 2nd in FG% and 24th in 3pt % so far this year. Their front line is as big as any with 7'1 Alabi (19 blocks) and Gibson off the bench 6'11 (14 blocks) Reid and Singleton are big boys to and create match up problems for Ohio State. I think 6 points is just too much in a game that will likely be lower scoring than you think. Ohio State at home and the points they have scored so far is why the public hamered them at -7 (67% of the public to be exact) now the line has moved to +6.5 and even +6 in spots. The averaged defense that Ohio State has faced is 262nd. They scored below their season averages against James Madison, UNC, and Cal and theyw ill again here tonight, but likely in the 60's. Florida State a team with 25 wins a year ago is no slouch and out of the ACC should have an excellent shot at the out right defeat. After all they return 4 starters and are claimed to have a better offense this year despite losing Tony Douglas. They had road wins as dogs against Virginia Tech (+2.5), Clemson as (+9 dogs) and NC State (+3.5) they also covered by 9 points in a loss by 3 @ Duke. They know how to win on the road and should be able to keep this one close with defense.
