I really like West Virginia in this spot. Nova is not playing the ball they were earlier in the year. West Virginia has everything to play for with revenge of losing to Nova on their home court. In that game Nova shot 57% from the field 86.4% from the line and had a +10 rebound margin. All things I do not think will happen today. The Mountaineers went cold going 41% and 25.9% from beyond the arch as well as just 56.2% from the FT line. This a much more physical team than Nova, and I like them in this spot as dogs.
