Jeff Francis will make another start as he tries to rebound from last season where he missed the entire year. The Angels were one of the better hitting teams a year ago vs. LHP. They'll send Scott Kazmir to the mound for his 2nd start and although he was a little shaky I think he will look good here today against the Rockies. The Rockies have a combined .167 average against Kazmir and I just trust the Angels hitters more in a situation against a guy who has not pitched much in the last year in Francis.
