I like the Twins line up here today in terms of pitching. They'll have Nick Blackburn who has been an ace and was last year in the playoffs. He's got a 2.25, and 2.57 ERAs last two years in spring training and off to a strong start this year with a 1.29 ERA. Following him will be Guerier (2IP 0 ER), Crain (8.2IP 1 ER), Mijames 4.50 ERA this spring, and Slama (5IP 0 ER). On the other side you get Hamels who is a big name with out the big stats. The last two years he has a 9.39, and 6.33 ERAs. This spring he has a 4.91 ERA and he'll be followed by Baez who has had a strong spring but then by Contreras who has been awful wtih a 5.06 ERA and his last year ERA was 5.82. Twins have a .293 batting average against Contreras. Contreras is a middle season pitcher at this point in his career and I expect the Twins to get a few runs off him.
