I love the Mets in this spot here today as they will go up against Nate Robertson. Robertson is not the same lefty he once was as he did not pitch much in 2009 and had an 8.37 ERA at night in 24IP. The year before he opened up the year 6.91 ERA as a starter in April. I think this will leave it to the Marlins bullpen early which won't be a good thing and mainly due to Robertson still getting used to transitioning back into the starter role after being a reliever last year. The Marlins bullpen has a 7.11 ERA in 6.1IP thus far.

Johnathan Niese will start for the Mets and I believe he will pose some issues for the Marlins. He is a solid young crafty lefty that has good control over his pitches. He had several solid outings before getting hurt last year. I expect him to throw a lot better than John Maine pitches yesterday.
