Don't miss out on today's MLB POD we dominated the regular season this year and today we will be giving you the POD guaranteed or Saturday's college football card (4picks is free). Also don't forget you can pick up our which will get you the rest of MLB and this weekend's football picks free!

TEX/TB U8.5 (3.3* PLAY)
Both teams come into this game on fire. Matt Moore takes the mound and vs. a tough Rangers team. However, the Rangers have never seen him before which we saw a couple days ago when the Angels threw a pitcher out there that they never saw as they struggled to get hits. Moore has dominant stuff in AAA this year he had a 1.37 ERA and 13.50 K/9 ratio. He dominated the Yankees in 5 IP in his first start with 11K's so potential is there. On the other side the Rays really have a weak line up that's anchored by Longoria. who has not hit CJ Wilson. In fact the Rays have a .152 average and a .527 OPS vs. Wilson in 112 AB. I see a low scoring game here as the Rays are under 19-7 in their last 26 following an off day. Both teams pitched well in September and have good bullpens. Rangers had a 3.22 ERA and the Rays had a 3.61 ERA.

Yankees -125 (4.5* MLB POD)
Yankees is the POD. I love this Tigers team and we will probably be backing them in Game #2, but the Yankees have given Verlander problems before and in his last post season in 2006 he had a 5.82 ERA and a 1.66 WHIP. While Sabathia has proven he can dominate a line up. In fact other than MIguel Cabrera he has dominated this line up. The addition of Delmon Young from the Twins really helped this line up down the stretch, but he's 3-18 vs. Sabathia and Peralta, Avilla, Victor Martinez combined are just 8 for 49. Sabathia and the Yankees are 19-4 in their last 23 at home vs. a winning team with Sabathia on the mound so they should feel real comfortable. Meanwhile the Tigers are 15-37 in their last 52 at Yankee stadium and Verlander as a dog is just 1-6 in his last 7. Tigers are 24-45 in their last 78 as road dog +150 or lower. Verlander in his last 4 starts vs. the Yankees has an incredible 17 walks. Yankees know how to use this ball park to their advantage and I expect him to pop a home run or two to take advantage by working the count in their favor to get pitches to hit. Posada, Jeter, Gardner have good numbers with the others struggle, but with some HR's. Overall Yankees are a better team in this match up and the value is good which makes it a POD for me.
