I think Ball State + the points provides enough value in this situation as they finished the season on a nice winning streak winning 5 in a row and 3 of those wins came on the road as under dogs of +4.5, +9.5 and +6. They also have revenge after leading at half time at home against Buffalo. I think this team will have the advantage playing on the neutral court closer to home compared to Buffalo who has a longer travel to Cleveland.
