Another late game collapse by the mets to leave us speechless as they had the lead in the 8th with two outs and gave up a grandslam. Today we are bouncing back with another pod guaranteed

Phillies are banged up and while they continue to win games I think they run into a road block here today against Clayton Kershaw who has the liberty of going against a line up without Howard/Victorino/Utley.  The Phillies at home have scored just 3.74 runs per 9 vs. LHP at home this year so they’d clearly rather face a righty.  Blanton who has been consistent as of late still has gotten hit hard at home with a  3-2 record 4.76 ERA at home while Clayton Kershaw is 4-4 with a 3.02 ERA away.
 
In the last 5 games we have the Phillies hitting just .221 with 2.25 runs per 9 vs. LHP, while the Dodgers are at .273 and 5.88 vs. RHP.  Bullpen for Philly has struggled as of late with a  7.50 bullpen and the Dodgers are at 3.00.  I give the small edge to the Dodgers and I feel more comfortable backing Kershaw in this spot.
