I really like Jimenez to get the Rockies a win after a loss it’s something he’s done 14 of his last 16 starts following a loss.  Colorado as a team is 10-2 following a loss.  They have a short term memory and they’ll face Lincecum who has struggled and has struggled in his last 7 starts vs. the Rockies.
 
Lincecume has a 1.87 WHIP and a 7.80 ERA in his last 3 overall starts.  He has not pitched well at home with a 4.12 ERA or at night with a 4.06 ERA.  Still the name Lincecum the reigning two time Cy Young rings bells in Vegas and many are going to line up and play him at home, but in his last 7 starts vs. the Rockies he’s given up 23 ER with a 4.81 ERA and a 1.47 WHIP.  Rockies in their career have a .287 average in 143 AB wtiha  .387 OBP and .890 OPS.
 
Jimenez gets the start for the Rockies and he hasn’t been as dominant as he was early but three straight quality starts should result in success here tonight as he knows the team needs him to come up big.  He’s 9-4 with a  2.31 ERA away this year and has a 3.27 ERA in 3 starts vs. the Giants.  He’s been dominant in 2 of the three starts and I think he’ll be dominant here tonight as the Giants have struggled with the bats as of late a bit while the Rockies .233 average and 5.62 runs per 9 over their last 5 vs. RHP are hitting.  Giants just .239 average with a .703 OPS vs. Jimenez.  When Jimenez and Lincecum match up the Rockies are 4-1.
