Troy Tulowitski has gotten hot at the right time and over their alst 10 games the Rockies are averaging 6.67 runs while the Padres just 2.62. Hammels last 3 starts vs. the Padres all wins by more than 1 run and Garland lost at Colorado by more than 1 ER earlier int he year giving up 4 ER in his start. I expect more of the same here tonight and I cant pass up this value.
