The Phillies bats have clearly woken up of late as they won again last night. I had them as our POD and in my write up I mentioned Tim Hudson's struggles vs. the Phillies and on the road this year. Before the game started I did look at Maholm vs. the Braves and decided to let the play stand. Tonight I'll back the Phillies again. Kyle Kendrick is an under valued starter who is only giving up .80 HR/9 on a 8.5% HR/FB ratio which is very very good. He's only allowed 3 HR to the Braves over his last 10 starts where he's got a 2.58 ERA. The Braves all season have fueled on HR's to win games and when they don't they have an awful record. Kendrick is on extra rest tonight and I think it's good value.
