I like the Giants in this one as quick as everyone has backed the Royals that's when the Giants and their experience will take over in a game 7. I don't care if they are home or away they are the type of team that can break the nearly 35 year old record. The last time a road team won on the road in a game 7 was 1979.

The Giants have the advantage on the mound here. Tim Hudson > Jeremy Guthrie and he lost against Guthrie the first time around. However, Guthrie on short rest has just 5 of 12 quality starts at home and he only posts a 4.25 ERA at home and a 3.84 at night. He struggles vs. lefties and the Giants will have 5 of them in the line up tonight. Hudson on the other hand had a 3.23 ERA on the road and a 3.20 ERA at night and 4 of 6 quality starts on 4 days rest on the road. Giants have the better bullpen and the better manager and if Hudson struggle early Madison Bumgarner who has been dominant this playoff run is available.
