Take the Angels here as Joe Saunders started the year very slow and has now turned red hot with a 0.81 ERA in his last three starts going deep into each game. Blue Jays counter with Brett Cecil who we backed in our POD when he faced the Mariners. The Mariners though are one of the worst hitting teams against LH pitching and that's why we liked the play. The Angels are a much better hitting team and in their last 10 games are scoring 5.49 runs per 9 vs. LHP. Toronto on the other hand who will also have to face a lefty have struggled big time with just 2.26 runs per 9 on the road vs. LHP and overall carry a .191 vs. LHP this season.

Blue Jays are 5-11 in their last 16 road games vs. a LH starter and are 2-6 overall. Angels on the other hand are 21-9 in their last 30 with Saunders as a favorite.
