Last two days in MLB have been frustrating. Although we go 1-1 in MLB POD, our big play was a blown save and our other two plays also 9th inning leads given away by a bullpen. Just one play tonight and I got the Sox with Bucholz who has been spectacular this year. He's 7-3 on the year with a 2.73 ERA and he catches the O's at the right time as they are scoring just .60 runs/9 in their last 5 vs. RHP and just 2.52 in their last 10 losing 9 of those games and 8 by more than 1 run. Bucholz in his last two starts last year against the O's gave up just 1 run and 8 hits in 13 IP. Boston will have to hit off a pitcher they haven't seen before, but I'm confident because he doesn't go deep into games espeically since this is just his 2nd start. Sox bullpen has been dominant with a 2.92 ERA over their last 5 and 2.64 last 10.

Tillman will try to stop the hot hitting Sox who have been averaging 7.82 runs per game vs. RHP in their last 5 and 6.35 over their last 10. Orioles bullpen has been on and off all year and they are just 21-62 in their last 83 meetings with the red sox. Baltimore has lost 14 games at home and 86% of them have been by 1 run. Stats say if they lose they lose by more than 1 run. Red Sox on the other hand have won 77% of the time by 1+ run when they win a road game.

Boston 8-2 in their last 10 vs. RH starter, and 16-5 in Bucholz last 21 starts overall as well as 8-0 in his last 8 road he is quickly making strides to becoming this teams ace.
