Niemann has three starts and in his two home starts vs. Toronto this year he's been dominant giving up just 7 hits over 15.2 IP and 3 ER. Toronto has a .230 average against him and they are hitting just .209 vs. RHP while scoring 3.50 runs per 9 over their last 10 games overall while the RAys are scoring 5.21 runs per 9 vs. LHP.
