Hawaii is surprising many and I like them against a Nevada team that hasn't played anyone with a passing game with an average opponent ranking with an 87th attack and they still have a 85th ranked pass defense. This team has not faced anyone and while their #4 running game is good despite the 92nd average rush defense they've faced I think they'll have a little more issues traveling to Hawaii and playing on turf. This game will be entertaining and back and forth if you can catch it but Bryant Moniz is reminding me of the old Hawaii teams with Colt Brennan. He's got a deep experienced group of receivers like Greg Salas and Kealoha Pilares to throw to. Even the running game is better than their 117th rank as they have faced an average rush defense ranked 37th. Alex Green ran for 96 yards and three touchdowns a week ago as Hawaii rolled over Fresno on the road. The strength of schedule and how well Hawaii has played is giving me confidence on this late play!
