The two young lefties are highly touted, but here today I think they will both struggle. Both have struggled with control.

Liriano has 20BB in 26IP on the road this year! While Price struggled with 5BB in 3.1IP in his first start this year!

Liriano has really struggled on the road right along with the Twins who are one of the worst road teams right now. He has a 7.62ERA in 5GS and during day starts it gets wrose. He has a 10.31ERA during the day in 2GS. It would not be bad if you saw a couple of HR up there but he hasn't given up a single HR in those 2 day starts. Rather he has given up 17H in 8.1IP.

On the bright side for the Twins they are hitting LHP which will make it a challenge for Price today. In the last 10 games the Twins are hitting .314 and scoring 9.49 runs per 9 innings. While the Rays haven't been to shabby themselves scoring 4.70 runs per 9 innings, but like I said Liriano is awful on the road with his control and that should take care of that stat for you.

Finally, Both clubs are scoring over 6 runs per game (Twins 6.88, Rays 6.48) in their last 10 games. With the idea of quality starters going today the total is relevantly acceptable at 9.5. In fact it shot up from 9 and you will find it at 10 in some places, but you should easily find it available at 9.5!
