I like Fullerton here despite losing their Josh Akognon who averaged 23.9ppg last year. They return their 4 other starters which sets up for them to be more balanced this year and in their first game that was exactly the case as they shot 61.5% and rotated 10 players in total. They go up against a tough UCLA Bruins team that is likely in a transition this year as they lost 4 starters that accounted for more than half of their scoring and rebounding a year ago. They are also banged up with three guys not playing on Monday night:

While they have a very strong recruiting class they are extremely young and I feel that is a recipe for some struggles early on especially when you start out with injuries. Fullerton is returning their starters and should be able to keep this game close.
