Ouch! To say the least from my recent awful run! It's about to get turned around here today make sure you check out my 2nd half plays that I will be posting today you will get them for Free check out my headline above to find out more details on how! Today at 1pm I have a solid pick between the battle of the day the ACC vs. Big East. Duke vs. Georgetown two ranked opponents. Tip off is at 1pm on ESPN. Don't miss out this pick is just $10!

Duke -1.5 (3.5 Dime POD)
Duke will finally get that road win here today. Georgetown finally showed it's lack of depth and size on Monday against a large Syracuse team. Today they face a similar team in the Duke Blue Devils. Actually to be quite honest Duke is even bigger than Syracuse and have the defense too.

Georgetown came out on Monday and nailed threes and went up on Syracuse 14-0. I had Syracuse as my POD that night, but wasn't worried. From there on Syracuse out scored Gtown 73-42 to win the game handily. Today Duke brings three starters taller than 6'8 with Plumlee at 6'10 240 to guard Monroe who struggled big time against the athletic big men of Syracuse. If Plumlee can't get the job done they can bring in the 7 footer Zoubek at 260 or Plumlee's brother who is a bit quicker.

Duke had the perfect tune up game on Wednesday against Florida State another good defense like Georgetown. Actually FSU is the #1 defense in the land holding opponents to 35.5% from the field, but Duke shot 43.1%. Duke is 4-1 vs. nationally ranked teams this year and I think they make it 5-1. I like backing a team that fits a solid D at 39.5% with great FT shooting at 77%! They are also +4 in the turnover margin and +7.1 rebound margin including 12.7 offensive rebounds per game. There are not many holes that I can see from a statistical perspective from this Duke team. They have faced an evenly difficult schedule to Georgetown and the numbers are better. I see Duke out rebounding Georgetown getting to the line more and playing better defense than the Hoyas.

After all Georgetown is 1-10 ATS in their last 11 as a hom dog.
