I am now 6-3 in my last 9 NBA POD's and coming off a tough loss last night as the Bobcats blew a 10 point lead at half time and simply did not show up in the 2nd half of this game losing by 5 overall. Tonight we will be on a total that I think will be an easy winner. So easy I'm guaranteeing 2 days NBA FREE if it misses!

I don't normally bet on totals, but this game just seemed to good to be true. Despite Golden State being one of the worst defenses and best scoring offenses in the NBA I like the under here. The Warriors are banged up and with Monta Ellis now out indefinately things got worst as Stephon Curry is the focal point of the offense. This is bad news against a top defensive club like the Heat.

The Heat have not allowed an opponent to score of 100 points in their last 10 games and just three times in their last 22. Although they will be facing the top paced team in the NBA they have faced others like it including Minnesota who they lost to 91-88 with a total posted at 192. That's 9 points lower than what we have here today and that's a bargain. Minny does not have nearly the offensive problems that Golden State has right now. Miami also was stuck in the 80's against the 29th ranked scoring defense.

Miami has only scored over 100 twice in the last 10 games and 6 times in their last 22. The Heat are actually under 12-2 in their last 14 vs. a team with a win% of less than .400 and 25-9-1 in their last 35 oveall.

Not only is Golden State short but they will be playing on 0 days rest tomorrow. They are under 1-4 in their last 5 in the first game of a back to back. Look for Golden State to really slow things down and they will struggle against the Heat who can play defense and have forced the top 4 paced teams Indiana, Minny, Sacramento, and Golden State under 100 points in all 5 match ups.
