This is a very experienced team that is not content with their win over Virginia to close the season out. I think Frank Beamer might be on his way out, but this team still has a lot to play for and their defense is still one of the best in the country. Here we have a bad offense vs. a bad defense and a good offense vs. a good defense, but I just think Virginia Tech's defense is better than Cinci's offense. Strength of schedule is a huge indicator as you'd be hard to find an impressive win on Cincinatti's schedule. They lost to Memphis, Ohio State and Miami in blowout fashion while beating Houston I guess would be the team's most impressive win. I can't really get excited about the American Athletic Conference and the teams that have played so far have not looked all that great with Central Florida losing pretty easily yesterday to NC State.
