The weather has brought this total down a bit, but I'm going to play over here as they are two above average QB's facing off against below average secondaries and defenses. This is not the Steeler vs. Raven match up of years past and the fact that both teams have been trending under give us a bit of value here as well with Baltimore going under in their last 4 games and Pitt in 3 in a row. I leaned toward the Steelers at home, but not enough value given the chalk the books are expecting us to play at -3. The over is more enticing to me with the Steelers need to pass the ball without their top RB in there.
