Baker looked strong in spring, but did not have a strong start against the Angels. The Angels are a tough team to face, and he'll have a nicer time against the Whitesox here today. He'll go up against Freddy Garcia which has more to do with the reason I'm backing the Twins.

Garcia has not pitched in April in MLB since 2007 where he posted a 5.65 ERA in 3 GS, and 2006 with a 5.86 ERA. Baker also was better on the road with a 9-4 record and should be able to bounce back from his poor start against the Angels. The Twins are 10-1 in their last 11 with the White Sox and 23-8 in their last 31 vs. RH starter.
