I’ve wrote about Garcia the starter for the Cardinals and I think he has a tough task against a very hot team in Cincinatti tonight. This is a huge game for the Reds as they can leap frog the Cardinals into first place with their 6th victory in a row. Granted they send Mr. Harrang to the mound, but he pitched decently as of late with a 3.38 ERA in his last 3 starts. He may save his best for tonight and he hasn’t exactly been lit up against the Cardinals in two starts this year.

Garcia on the other hand who has been ridiculous will have his hands filled against a Reds team that is 10-1 in their last 11 home games vs. a LH starter. That includes a .322 average and 5.05 runs per 9 innings vs. LHP in their last 10 games overall. While the cardinals have a .257 average and are scoring just 2.64 runs per 9 vs. RHP.
