I love this play despite Nick Blackburns struggles in his last 5 starts. if you read my article for hot and cold pitchers you will find out he's a different pitcher at home than he is away. In fact in his sandwhich start in the last 5 games he pitched a gem vs. the Braves at home. He's got a 3.19 ERA at home this year and the Twins are 25-10 in his last 35 home starts as a favorite. Tigers send Galaragga to the mound who is 1-1 with a 6.32 ERA away from home and since 2008 he's 0-4 @ Minnesota with a 6.10 ERA.

Twins have hit righties pretty well at home with a .288 average and 5.22 runs per 9. Tigers have struggled on the road as dogs and as of late vs. right handed pitching just .248 average with 3.52 runs per 9 in their last 10 games overall. Magglio Ordonez is doubtful so I expect this line to continue to rise despite Blackburns struggles. Tigers are just 29-65 in their last 94 in Minnesota. They won last night, but they'll lose today.
