Take Yankees -143 4-Dime POD
I don't like laying the 143 and looking back on the season and my POD's I rarely lay a number like this which means you are normally getting solid value on my picks, but I can not help but take this. Yankees vs. LH starters is cash in your pockets. We get value here because Sergio Mitre is starting who has been solid in his starts. Toronto is struggling vs. RH pitching big time so I love this play and almost made it a 5-Dimer!

Tallet goes for the Jays and he's got a 7.25 ERA in his last 4 home starts. He's been solid against the Yankees, but it will be his third start this year which means the Yankees should be able to figure him out by now. Again I don't see a pitcher throwing three QS against the Yankees in the same year unless your name is Lester, Beckett, Halladay or some of the other aces around the AL, but we've got Tallet going and he's a lefty. As I mentioned Yankees kill lefties as they are hitting .361 vs. LHP in their last 5 scoring 12.15 runs per 9. That translates to .302 and 8.45/9 over their last 10. They are 14-3 in their last 17 road vs. LH starter and 37-15 in their last 52 overall. Yankees throw Mitre out there on a spot start.

When Mitre has pitched he's won plain and simple. Toronto is averaging .205 and scoring 3.72 last 10 vs. RHP. In fact they are 3-13 in their last 16 vs. RH starter. All that means is that I'm shocked we are getting -140 number on this game. Yankees are 6-1 last 7 in Toronto and Tallet is 1-11 as a under dog.
