***5.5 UNIT SEC THURSDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN***

Last year we went 19-7-2 in 5.5 unit plays, but this year we are doing something a little different. These plays are still hard to come by, but they are GOW plays, but some weeks there may be 2. We start with a monster play Thursday night and look to continue through another profitable weekend of NCAAF and look to hold the top spot in NFL.

Mississippi St +2 -105 for 5.5 units; Lets first say Auburn was a 15 point favorite and routed these guys at home and now they come to Starkville and only a 2 point favorite??? Huh.... something doesnt make sense where all the hype is around Auburn, so I guess this should be a walk in the park for the Tigers then.... Not so fast, as Dan Mullen is quietly turning these Bulldogs around. I live less than 2 hours from St and SEC football is the one thing I love and know as I dominated it year in and year out being a Tide Alumni and hating these Tigers also. Auburn outgained them by almost 300 yards and outrushed them by a little over 200 a year ago and look to do the same with JUCO transfer Newton. Newton managed the game very well against Ark St, but what happened to the Tiger defense allowing 22 first downs and close to 370 yards of total offense??? Ark St dominated t.o.p. 35 to 25 and were mostly throwing the ball throwing the ball 42 times. Miss St thoroughly impressed me with their returning 14 starters routing Memphis from start to finish 49-7. The dominated the line of scrimmage amounting 570 total yards to Memphis 240. They had 28 first downs to Memphis lowly 9. Their qb tandem were 20 for 25 for 372 yards and 5 tds/1 int. You will see a sold out stadium with these being a extremely hostile crowd and expect the unranked home dog to come throw the bacon for us as Miss St derails the Tiger season early and Mullen gets a monstrous win.
