Yes, USF is the best defense on paper and physically they are as they are extremely fast ranking 17 in total defense and 15 against the pass. Daniels has been dismal all year, but faces a secondary that has weaknesses and Daniel's legs will create some plays. I believe this game has a 23-20 type finish and could go either way, but the 8.5 is very generous, as if Daniels was having a subpar year, then it would be 3.
