***5.5 UNIT SATURDAY EARLY MORNING SHOCKER***+ BONUS
Last week we continued our run and picked up where we left off last year. We went 5-1-1 in NCAAF last week and are 10-4-1 to start the season and it starts early Saturday morning with a monster play. Last year we finished as the number 2 capper in NCAAF and this year, we look to take the number 1 spot. This also includes another play that is EARLY RISING, so do not miss out as we look for a 2-0 sweep!!
(EARLY MORNING SHOCKER) Northern Illinois +7 for 5.5 units; This is a big time in state game for the Huskies and we played them in week one against Iowa St and they disappointed as Harnish didn’t get the start and Grady single handedly took that game from us. He put up one of the worst games going 14/29 for under 90 yards and 3 interceptions. Not to worry, as Harnish came back last week and got a game under his belt and Chad Spann looks to have a big game. Last year, the Huskies played two big 10 opponents and shocked one at Purdue and gave Wisky a late scare. Span rushed for 80 yards in a back-up role and Harnish threw for a hair under 200 and got a huge win at Purdue, while Harnish repeated that effort at Wisky and Spann rushed for a couple of tds at Wisky. I expect this game to be a 21-17 type final as they both fight for points and a lot of punting. Illinois has a freshman qb and I expect him to make some mistakes and veteran Harnish to capitalize off these mistakes. That is what veteran players do and an offense that could struggle will show against a veteran Husky team and I fully expect for the Huskies to come out of Champaign with a win here. I fully expect a public burial service held after this game with all the action on Illinois.
Arkansas +3 -115; This is a battle of top 20 teams and this would be a max play for me if Arkansas didn’t have Alabama next week at home. Georgia and Richt are in trouble in a wide open SEC East division and could start 0-2 in the SEC only 3 games in to the season and we could see the last of Richt if it happens. Georgia was held to 11 total first downs last week and 250 total yards and were embarrassed on national tv. Will they get revenge?? I do not think so, as if Lattimore rushing for 180 yards and Garcia hitting over 70 percent of his passes, think what Mallet will do. Arkansas hasn’t relied much on their run game as of yet, but I believe you will see Arkansas pass to open up the run, which is not on the norm. Green was Georiga big weapon last year totaling 140 yards receiving and will not see him due to his suspension. Arkansas defense impressed me against a inferior opponent in La Monroe as they held them to under 200 yards and over half came late in the game and against the 2nd team and I know it is not saying much on who they played, but that sets in for their confidence going into a tough stretch of games and need the confidence as Arkansas defense doesn’t have to be spectacular with an offense like theirs. Arkansas simply put has too many weapons all the way across the field and I believe you see Arkansas hang 24 + points on the Dawgs defense and embarrass them at home seeking revenge from last years shootout, where Mallet passed for over 400 yards and 5 tds
