NCAAF has been spot on all year long and I do not look for nothing to change Saturday. We are 45-24-2 ytd in NCAAF and will not be satisfied until the end of the year and our goal is an unreal 66% win rate.

Hawaii +21 for 3.85 units/Penn St -6 for 3.3 units
Hawaii +21 for 3.85 units- This is a game that I just can not see going over 21 points. I believe this will be a lot of scoring and Hawaii will put up a fight. They have proved unlike years past they don’t mind traveling back to the mainlands. They are 3-1 on the road this season and have a bit of redemption from last years beating they took at home. Moniz is putting up huge numbers and he has put Hawaii back on the map from a couple of down years since June left. I look for Hawaii to hang close early and Boise to pull away late as they win by 10-17.

Penn St -6 for 3.3 units- Joe Pa is going for career win 400. Is there anything else needed to say?? This is an interesting matchup with Northwestern pass attack against Penn St pass defense. They both rank inside their top 30 and are both good, but Northwestern loves underneath routes and Penn St stingy defense should hold that down. Penn St is coming off back to back double digit wins and I expect another as Royster should have a productive day.
