Sports Betting – Taking A Look At Saturday’s Slate

While may be on your agenda during this long weekend, you should hold off on it until Sunday because there are tons of options in your sportsbook, including the return of college football and a full slate of action on the baseball diamond.

NCAA Football Odds

Boise State Georgia Odds (8:00 PM ET): The No.5 Broncos are 3-point favorites when they go between the hedges to battle the No.19 Bulldogs, who are being tipped to bounce back this year and their first task will be a Boise State team that moved from the WAC to the Mountain West. may say that the Broncos have an outside shot at the BCS title, and a win over an SEC team would be a good start.

Oregon LSU Odds (8:00 PM ET): The No.3 Ducks are favored in Dallas against the No.4 Tigers in this neutral-site affair, and both teams are connected via Will Lyles, who got them into some hot water over his recruiting services. But the Tigers have bigger problems as their starting quarterback will miss this game for his alleged part in a brawl.

MLB Betting

Blue Jays Yankees Odds (1:05 PM ET): customers get to see Toronto’s Ricky Romero go for his 14th win the season against the Yankees’ Bartolo Colon, who is 0-3 in his last five starts.

Rangers Red Sox Odds (4:10 PM ET): Both teams are trying to hold off others in division races, so this game will be huge as the Rangers give the ball to Colby Lewis, while Boston counters with Erik Bedard in a matchup of two teams with legitimate aspirations of the American League pennant.

White Sox Tigers Odds (4:10 PM ET): Chicago is trying to keep pace with Detroit in the AL Central, and they’ll go with Gavin Floyd on Saturday in the Motor City against Brad Penny, who has been consistently inconsistent all season.

Phillies Marlins Odds (7:10 PM ET): odds have Philadelphia as the World Series favorites, and when you can trot out Cole Hamels as your No.3 starter, that is always a good sign. Hamels gets the ball against Florida’s Ricky Nolasco, who has given up 19 runs in his last three starts.

Diamondbacks Giants Odds (9:05 PM ET): Finally, in what should be the best pitching matchup of the day, the Giants will turn to their two-time Cy Young winner Tim Lincecum as they are desperately trying to stay with Arizona in the National League West. The Diamondbacks will counter with Ian Kennedy, who is making a play for this year’s Cy Young. This isn’t a matchup that players should miss out on.
