Matt Prater hit two field goals of more than 50 yards, and Denver padded its lead in the AFC West after the Oakland Raiders were blown away by the undefeated Green Bay Packers. Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys experienced their own odd sense of Déjà vu, though they didn’t wind up feeling the same elation as the Broncos. The Cowboys allowed the New York Giants to score two touchdowns in a span of less than two minutes late in the fourth quarter to concede the lead, and after hitting his first try after a Giants’ timeout to ice him, Dallas kicker Dan Bailey missed his second attempt in a final chance to tie the game.

NBA News: Paul Likely On The Move To Los Angeles After All

It turns out that Chris Paul could be on his way to Hollywood after all, only not with the Los Angeles Lakers. The New Orleans Hornets are seeking approval on a deal that would send Paul to the Los Angeles Clippers in exchange for Eric Gordon, Chris Kaman, Al-Farouq Aminu, and Minnesota’s unprotected 2012 first round pick. The league reportedly would like the Clippers to add Eric Bledsoe to that package, and it will be interesting to see what comes of the potential deal after the NBA nixed a trade with the Lakers last week.
