Tigers are cruising vs. LHP and I know Bedard has been hot but I'm more confident in the Tigers to continue this because they were among the best in 2010 vs. LHP. Tigers now 18-11 at home are hitting .338 vs. LHP over their last 10 games. They are now #6 in the league with a .775 OPS. They send Penny to the mound who at home is 3-1 with a 2.66 ERA. Tigers are now 14-3 in their last 17 vs. LH starter.

Red Sox are on fire one may think they are due for an emotional let down after beating the Sox again, but I don't think it'll happen. Bucholz is 6-1 with a 2.42 ERA in his last 8 starts vs. the Blue Jays and the Jays send JJ REyes who tied the MLB record for consecutive winless starts at 28. He's won 2 in a row and has never won 3 in a row. Boston is the #4 team vs. LHP in OPS at .779. They are on fire right now and have a 1.263 OPS collectively vs. Reyes in 29 AB.
