Yankees -120 (2.5 Dime play)
We have two stud lefties going in this game who have pitched extremely well in day games, but I'm going with Pettitte and the better hitting Yankees. Pettitte in day starts this year is 6-0 witha 1.12 ERA in 40.1 IP giving up just 27 hits and has a 0.94 WHIP. He's 3-1 in his last 4 vs. the Blue Jays and Toronto scoring just 4.25 runs per 9 vs. LHP in their last 10 while the Yankees are at 6.40. Yankees are 9-1 in Pettitte's last 10 on 4 days rest, 40-18 in their last 58 as road favorites. Normally I don't like backing the Yankees as their prices are normally two steep, but here today I believe we have a lot of value and it's because Romero has been great, but in his last three he's slipped up and in three starts vs. NYY in 2009 he had a 5.96 ERA.
Yankees also an extremely better team during day games outscoring opponents 136 to 85 and are averaging 6.47 runs per game during day games. They have a .311 average and .886 OPS during day games compared to .270 and .773 at night. Blue Jays are opposite of that with a day .243 average and .767 ops. Blue Jays 0-5 in their last 5 vs. a LH starter and 3-10 in Romero's last 13 as an under dog.
