I like Jered Weaver in this spot against the young Carlos Monasterios. Weaver in 5 day starts this year posts a 1.99 ERA. Weaver will be well prepared for this start as he's got a 2.70 ERA in his last three starts and against the Dodgers has a lifetime 2.70 ERA with a 4-2 record.

The Angels have really started to swing the bats well of late including 14 runs in this series and they are scoring 5.99 runs per 9 vs. RHP over there last 10 games. Angels are 13-3 in their last 16 inter league games vs. a winning team and 43-18 in their last 61 inter league games overall. I think the line movement with the public on the Dodgers which has the Angels moving towards favorites is in our favor as well.
