I like this Seattle team, but I don't think they will have as much success as they did down the stretch offensively.

Carolina comes in at #26 while Seattle is #20 both around 50% while the defenses are playing at their best right now allowing 33% over their last 3 is Carolina while Seattle has been dominating at 20%. Both teams can convert third downs so I expect limited # of possessions as they are both top 15 in third down plays while the defenses have been both tops in the league in opponent plays per game so it's really a nice balance and it does not surprise me that 4 of their last 5 match ups have gone under the total.
