We will go with McNabb and the Eagles here as they seem to have their starters going longer in this one and the Colts have not proven to me that they care about the pre-season which I can't say I blame them. Colts are 3-16 SU and 5-14 ATS in preseason play since 2005. While new coach Jim Caldwell did not play Manning much only six or seven plays last week he will play about 20 this week. That still does not make me confident as once he leaves he will have rookies Curtis Painer and newly signed BC QB Chris Crane who will play late in the 4th. This does not look good for the Colts who will face the Eagles who are an astonishing 10-0 in week 2 pre-season games ATS in the last 10 years. Coincidence or not? I do not think so I think week 2 is the week they see what they have and let their starters go longer as is the indication for tonight where McNabb will be on the field for the 1st half and Feeley for the entire second. Feeley knows this offense and should be able to put up 2nd half points on the Colts. We saw the Eagles put up 420 total yards last week and we know Andy Reid likes to pass so don't be shocked to see the same here.

Take Jaguars +3 to win 2.5 Dimes
I have been one to say the Jaguars will be back this year and I'll back it up week 1 in the pre-season as Del Rio has always been one to win with a 17-7 SU record in pre-season games over the last 6 seasons. Garrad should play into the 3rd quarter and for the Dolphins Pennington will do the same. The Jaguars are 3-1 in each of the last 4 years in pre season games and are 8-4 ATS over the past three summers including 5-1 ATS on the road.

Del Rio has only been a losing coach twice in his career and both seasons he followed up with winning efforts of 21-13 SU and 22-12 ATS. This is the pre-season, but because he's got that feeling of a losing team he will be looking to win this one for confidence for the the Jaguars while the Dolphins were in the situation I see them oppositely this year and they will really test out Chad Henne here tonight which I think advantage is with the Jaguars.
