Marcum has been solid during the day and at home this year for the Blue Jays. He has a 3.15 ERA in 6 game starts vs. the Rays and in his 4 home starts vs. the Rays he's got a 1.93 ERA in his career. Niemann has been struggling since coming back from the DL and this reminds me a lot of the struggles of Mike Pelfrey early on, and it took longer than 3 games for Pelfrey to get out of it. Niemann has a 20.70 ERA over his last three starts and on the year he has a 7.81 ERA during day starts. The Blue Jays roughed him up for 7 ER last time and I don't think they'll need half that vs. the Rays here today.
