49ers are 5th in opponent rushing TD % while they are 25th in TD pass % allowing 67% of their TD's via the pass. Good value here the way Flacco has been playing.

Baltimore is 7th in opposing player TD passes at 48.75% and San Francisco would rather run the ball and that is where Baltimore has been vulnerable in the rushing game. I don't see Vernon Davis catching any TD's and the Ravens have pretty good cover guys on the outside.
